Powrmatic’s high-quality duct heaters are available in gas, oil or combination gas/oil fuels available in 200,000 – 4,000,000 BTUs. Our duct heaters are centralized components designed for indoor or outdoor use, in air conditioning, heating or make-up air systems and can be integrated with most air-handling equipment.

    Features

    Form Frame Construction

    A hot rolled steel angle section with six 90° angles and one radius which provides exceptional strength. Formex also provides for easy access panel removal and bolt-on modular components.

    High Quality Cabinet Construction

    Each heater panel is constructed from 18ga mild steel and is insulated with one-inch foil faced fibreglass for low surface temperatures thru 1,000,000 units. Radiation shields 1,250,000 thru 4,000,000 BTU/HR.

    Burners & Controls

    Burners are available for oil, gas or combination oil and gas firing. A fully automatic flame safeguard and control system is wired and tested on the heater prior to shipping. Burners and optional controls are available to meet most requirements.
