Large Industrial Air Cleaners with Varible Frequency Control

The PowrClean® System is an upright, floor-mounted air cleaner that utilizes the air turnover principle to eliminate air stratification in buildings with large open spaces. This is accomplished by removing the contaminated air at the ceiling level, pulling it through the unit for filtration and discharging the clean air at floor level. (See diagram below.)

This constant supply of clean air at the floor level forces contaminated air up and away from employee work zones while constantly mixing the air to provide a uniform room temperature.

PowrClean® air cleaners utilize Variable Frequency Drives to save energy and provide constant air volume as filters are loaded. VFDs allow filters to be used far longer than non-VFD units because high airflow is maintained even when filters are loaded. Airflow will not be too high when filters are clean, nor too low when filters are dirty. Energy savings and constant airflow make Powrmatic PowrClean units the ideal choice for large, open space air cleaning applications.

Rotation of air originating at the floor level keeps the workspace free of contaminants.
